Camp MusArt — Cancellation & Refund Policy

2026 Policy

1. Deposits & Payment Structure

• Full Week Camps: Tuition is $398 per week. A deposit of $192 is required at registration to secure your child’s spot.


• Single-Day Camps: Tuition is $96 per day. Payment is due in full at registration and serves as the deposit.

2. Refund Eligibility & Deadlines

• Any refunds back to the original method of payment will incur a 5% processing fee. 


• If a cancellation is made at least 10 business days prior to the camp start date, families are eligible for a full refund of all tuition paid (including the deposit), or may request a Camp MusArt credit for the full amount.


• If a cancellation is made fewer than 10 business days prior to the camp start date, the deposit will be withheld, and the remaining balance (if already paid) will be refunded or credited.

3. Missed Days & Early Departures
No refunds or credits will be given for missed days, late arrivals, early departures, or scheduling conflicts. 

Camp MusArt reserves the right to cancel a session for any reason (including low enrollment, facility issues etc.), families will receive a full refund, including deposits, or may choose to apply their payment toward another camp session. 

No refunds will be given for days with early releases due to severe weather or any unforeseen circumstances. 

Cancellation requests must be submitted to contact@campmusart.com. Please include if you would prefer Camp MusArt credit (one year expiry) or a refund to the original method of payment with 5% deducted for processing fees. Cancellation requests must be confirmed with a second email to confirm the cancellation process.
