What COVID-19 precautions is Camp MusArt taking to keep children and staff safe?
For a list of extra precautions we are taking in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at our facility, please visit the COVID-19 tab, or click here.
Do I need to provide food for my child or does Camp MusArt Provide that?
Please send your child to camp with a lunch, and at least two snacks. We do have microwaves available if your child needs to heat up their food. They should also bring a water bottle to camp labeled with their first and last name.
How does drop off and pickup work?
Every morning there will be a carpool line for drop off. Carpool starts at 9AM. Please come down the driveway, and loop back around where a teacher will greet your child. Parents should remain in the vehicle. Carpool in the afternoon starts at 3:45pm and ends at 4:00pm. Again, please come down the driveway and loop back around. A teacher will bring your child to you and help them into the car.
What if I need to drop my child off early or pick them up late?
We offer before care starting at 7:30am and after care ending at 5:30pm. The cost is $5 for every increment of 30 minutes. Please select the drop off and pickup time you need form the drop-down menu during the registration process. For early drop off and late pickup, parents are permitted to come to the door. Camp MusArt will log the actual drop off and pickup times each day (in case they differ from expected times) and send an invoice over the weekend. After receiving the invoice, you will be able to make a payment online.
Does Camp MusArt offer half-day or single day options?
While we do not currently offer half-day camps, we do offer single-day registration on an as-available basis. Meaning, if we have extra openings to fill for the week, we will open registration for single days. Single Day registration is typically posted on the Wednesday before the first day of camp.
How many kids are there at a time? Are they separated into groups?
We have a capacity of 32 children per week. Campers are divided into four groups, with a maximum of 8 children per group. Groups are divided up based on age of the child.
When is the recital?
Recitals are held every Friday at 3:30 pm and typically last about 30 minutes. Recitals are held outdoors (weather allowing). Please bring a lawn chair with you and enjoy the show!
How can I join the waitlist for a camp that is fully booked?
To join our waitlist, please visit the "upcoming camps" tab on our website and select the week you wish to register for. Since the camp is already full, it will prompt you to join the waitlist.
